Sam grew up in Hamilton, Ontario, where he learned the value of  community and the dream of homeownership. Following a passion to deliver exceptional service he attended Fanshawe College where he studied in Hospitality. He then went on to join the Canadian Armed Forces and served our country proudly.  He  was stationed in Shiloh, MB with the 2^nd Battalion of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry. During this time he would come to Alberta often for training, it was during this time he developed a an appreciation for this beautiful province. After his release from the army, Sam moved back to Hamilton and married the love of his life. Together they began to build a real estate portfolio in Ontario and from that moment on Sam knew that he wanted a career in real estate and to help others who were looking to do the same. When his wife Lindsey was offered a promotion in Calgary the two of them decided to make the move in 2021 and never looked back.
